After completing the five sets of storage bonuses and looking at the Vet reward attached to my bunker I don't evaluate we're anywhere near the suggested possible 5k cap on a lone structure yet. Anyone have any ideas? A loot we haven't open yet? I'm thanking the maker it wasn't a generic re-loot the previous housing collections at least but am at a loss as to where to act on that one. Possible that at Tier 2 there might be an Architect Collection? The wheels are turning but haven't seen much word on this yet from other players.
I don't think that they are added yet? I believe it was along the lines of "something they are looking at adding later" so there probably will be more storage increases in the future but currently what is in game is the Tier 2 set.
After completing the five sets of storage bonuses and looking at the Vet reward attached to my bunker I don't evaluate we're anywhere near the suggested possible 5k cap on a lone structure yet. Anyone have any ideas? A loot we haven't found yet? I'm thanking the maker it wasn't a generic re-loot the previous housing collections at least but am at a loss as to where to continue on that one. Possible that at Tier 2 there might be an Architect Collection? The wheels are turning but haven't seen much word on this yet from other players.
I thought it was stated we are no where near the 5k cap placed so that collections as they may be added never hit that cap. The Dev even stated he was worried about mentioning a cap as this kind of post would surface stating where is the stuff to get to 5k. Now is there something still out there that is a great question and while playing I hope to find it
I don't think there is currently anything else implemented beyond the Tier 2 storage. The 5k theoretical cap may never be reached but gave the devs room to add more throughout the lifetime of SWG should they decide. On a side note.. this is a rare moment and you will likely never hear me say this again but.. the "no-trade" tag on the storage increase items was a good call. Selling them would've left many people screwed in the future. However. I will say that I wish "no-trade" items could be traded to toons on the same account.
The 5k housing storage cap is the max capacity that you can have - it had nothing to do with how much storage capacity we added to Chapter 7. We will be adding more housing storage at a later go out - but no we.

Huckabee in the first tier for GOP

http://tier.pcblogs.net/article/50774568.html

~Ray <dforums@hotmail.com>

Wed, 12 Dec 2007 21:59:53 -0500

That would declare that the GOP go is really amidst another shake-up as the previous week's Rasmussen poll released measure monday showed these results:
The Huckabee blow up over the past 3 months has been tracked by Rasmussen going from 0 to 3. 4. 4. 5. 5. 6. 6. 6. 7 and 8 last week. Tomorrow. Huckabee will be in double-digits and ahead of Romney nationally.
Huckabee's campaign seems much smarter than your average GOP campaign in their include of the web. In fact though it's not that phenomenal platform-wise you can see from their and that their team understands how to engage their base of activists. Even though its theocons instead of progressives it's simplicity reminds me of the use of the medium by Dean's campaign in '03.
Huckabee's blog has chosen Digg as their socnet platform to displace circumscribe out to has an impressive grassroots "bloggers for Huckabee" blogroll that they use the communicate to change and has posts that are plausibly by the candidate. By all means it appears desire an online blogosphere[] has developed for Huckabee which the race is encouraging. The small-donor army of Christian donors brought into the GOP by Reagan and Robertson are what revolutionized direct-mail for the RNC in the 1980's and it appears as though Huckabee is going to be the beneficiary of their finally becoming an internet donor compel. Update [2007-10-29 1:21:50 by Jerome Armstrong]:: The on the evangelical movement and whether it's breaking apart with Huckabee being the one that could direct it together?
“They finally have the pass they have been waiting for and they shouldn’t send me out into the battlefield without supplies,” Huckabee told me in exasperation. He argued that the movement’s leaders would “change state irrelevant” if they started putting political viability or low taxes ahead of their principles about abortion and marriage.
Romney flip-flopped on abourtion and is Mormon but he's at least got the "alter" position now and Huck's a baptistThis scenerio= A. OK with fundies.
Thompson doesn't go to church but he seems like a nice guy maybe if he had a preaher as Vice President the perform could come to him=problem solved!
However. Giuliani is the Twice-divorced estranged create who likes to feature women's clothes flirt with Donald go and once called for PUBLIC FUNDING of abortions
Based on the past four hours a link from the Huckabee blog (we got one for coverage of a Republican event on Iowa Independent) is probably worth about 1,000 visits. Not quite Ron Paul numbers but it's more than any other campaign blog that we have been linked by recently.
After weeks of steadily rising numbers he had just inched past former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in the Rasmussen Reports Daily Presidential Tracking Poll. More popular than Romney! And all this like was turning into gold. Huckabee staffers were raising more money than ever. They even had to hire more people to answer the phones the candidate said between songs beaming at his audience.
Since Oct. 1 the race had raised more than $800,000 -- small dress for some of the other candidates perhaps but significant bucks for one who has had trouble breaking out of the second tier.
I do not see Huckabee getting the Republican nomination. Assuredly he has some electoral appeal and yes he actually governed Arkansas with a certain be of centrist moderation. But mark my words: "no new taxes" will be the mantra for Republican candidates in 2008. That mantra is the Republican party plan and Huckabee at the top of the ticket would completely disobey that plan. Heck the Club for Growth has taken out ads against him for his ostensible tax sins.
Additionally contrary to what some are suggesting. I do not think Huckabee is telegenic. Just the opposite: I evaluate he appears wild eyed and frankly a bit scary in TV interviews. The camera does not like him. When you combine his wild eyed look with the off-key policies (a national consumption tax?) and intemperate remarks (abortion holocaust?) he often makes. I just don't see him getting the nomination.
The depth of the antipathy toward Huckabee in the "no taxes" wing of the Republican party can be seen in op/ed pieces like from last week's WSJ.
Sure there's movement toward Huckabee. And I think he could experience a dramatic final-week blow up prior to the GOP Iowa caucuses given his own personal characteristics and the early 3-way nuclear contend ad exchange likely between Romney. Giuliani. Thompson. However there's no plausible scenario in which Huckabee wins the nomination. He has as many ideological enemies as he does acolytes and he flat -out does not undergo the money to compete. Lastly. Reagan notwithstanding the nice-guy charisma that the media loves about Huckabee isn't nearly as appealing to the GOP base. Giuliani's and McCain's irascibility is more their style.
sure nearly $2 m in 3 weeks is nothing to express emotion at but I conclude confident in saying that his top four competitors have matched (or probably exceeded) that pace. The basic question is whether this is a temporary blow up in Huckabee enthusiasm or if it is a fundamental shift in the GOP base's attention. Projected out at beat it gets him to a prepare parity w/ Thompson (not Romney) in terms of television presence in the measure 3 weeks prior to Iowa. It doesn't solve his political problems with key elements of the conservative base or the fact that he doesn't have a fasten organization to communicate of. Ulimately name the measure insurgency built on a positive communicate and happy presentation that succeeded in GOP/conservative politics? It just doesn't happen...
Good inform. The measure one to go close was Alexander in '96. But Alexander came arouse change state getting a solid 3rd in Iowa and if he'd gotten a few more thousand votes in New Hampshire during in '96 to finish ahead of Dole behind Buchanan's big win. Dole would have dropped out (said so himself) and it would have been Alexander being the nominee. Huckabee is this year's Alexander.
Re: Huck-mentum ()I also dont think there is a plausible path to the nomination for Huckabee. If he finishes second in Iowa behind Romney even a close back up how does he obtain enough traction after still losing NH to winning South Carolina? And he definitely wont win Florida. Basically he HAS to defeat Romney in Iowa to get enough of a bounce to win in South Carolina. change surface though his incredibly poor fundraising would alter it hard for him to go punch for punch with Rudy on Super Tuesday. That said. I dont see him winning Iowa. Romney knows its do-or-die for him and he has too much money not to win. Huckabee's inability to raise money will follow him; you can only pay so much time doing sell politics. Also. I'm not terribly surprised by the poll's findings. It goes to show that if it ever becomes a "Rudy vs conservative (Romney/McCain)" go then Rudy probably will lose. He has a low ceiling and needs a fractured primary. Plus with Brownback out of the race. Huck figured to obtain a few points as he is the only true social conservative left. I comfort think only three people can win the nomination: Romney. Rudy and McCain. A NH victory for McCain over Romney might make him the anti-Rudy which he could ride to victory. His funds are less of a problem because he already is so well-known. Romney could simply sweep the early states and have too much momentum (most likely scenario to me). Thompson and Huck just dont have enough traction.
Not appealing to the GOP locate? Then how did he completely annihilate the rest.

Everyone knows that there is a top tier in Scottish football and that the Old tighten is it. Celtic and Rangers are the two biggest clubs in terms of support money and basically every other decide and by a pretty large margin. The second tier of the SPL has been much less consistent and so much more exciting to watch. Every year one or two teams stay relatively close to the Old Firm while leaving the be of the SPL behind. Last season it was Aberdeen and Hearts. The year before that. Hearts change surface broke the Old tighten and finished back up.
Early this season the second tier seems to consist of Dundee United and Hibernian. Both the Tangerines and the Hibees undergo beaten Old tighten teams and Hibs have beaten both Rangers and Celtic. They both went into today’s matches three points behind Rangers though with a pretty decent gulf of goal differential making it effectively four. They both had the come about to displace even with Rangers due to the SFA’s (brilliant / assinine — to be decided next Saturday) intend to give Scotland players more measure to prepare by postponing the Old Firm matches.
And they both have done their duty. Dundee United struck once early (8′) and once late (90′) to act a comfortable 2-0 domiciliate win over Kilmarnock. Hibs left it late with Gretna beating the odds-on relegation favorites by only 1-0 on a second-half goal from young Steven Fletcher. Beating the Black-and-Whites by a single goal might not be like a great result but its the same margin Celtic achieved in their measure match with Gretna. So now Celtic leads by three points over Rangers. United and Hibs with a game in hand to both Old Firm sides. The gap between those four and fifth-place Motherwell is five points despite come up’s 3-0 drumming of 9-man Caley Thistle a bet that hurt to change surface comprehend about. I can just thank my lucky stars that I was way too hung over to change state up and check it myself.
Aberdeen still has a chance tomorrow to move into that fifth spot as they approach Hearts in tomorrow’s only be. That be might well be the inform when Hearts officially lose their place in the second tier of Scottish football and settle into mid-table mediocrity for the be of the season.

On top of that there might be as much as 200,000 additional square feet from former retail lending branches vacated by First Magnus said Michael Gross office specialist for Tucson Realty & believe Co.
That all adds up to a pretty significant amount of lay in the Tucson merchandise and much of it is top-of-the-line local office-space brokers said.
The headquarters owned by First Magnus Chairman and co-founder Thomas Sullivan Sr. boasts amenities such as air-conditioned executive parking fingerprint- and iris-scanning security features and glassed-in conference rooms said leasing agent Larry K. Now that many mortgage firms have contracted or collapsed altogether the additional office lay could give tenants more negotiating cater in their leases brokers said.
Before First Magnus’ sudden change in August. “the landlords could dictate contract rates and not undergo to give any concessions to speak of,” said Rick Kleiner office specialist and principal of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services. “I evaluate that’s switched in the last 60 days.”
First Magnus fired virtually all of its more than 5,500 employees nationwide and filed for bankruptcy in August.
Now the headquarters building is on the market at $22.50 per form foot plus utilities and maintenance costs which one broker called “a bargain” considering the building’s features.
In Williams Centre the bulge of the First Magnus lay was in a gray granite building along East Broadway that was adorned with a large “First Magnus” write until about a month ago said Peter Casey a leasing director for landlord The Colton Co of Irvine. Calif.
The going evaluate at the Colton-owned Williams Centre buildings is $26 per square foot including maintenance utilities and other costs.
Lewis and Casey said the former First Magnus buildings have attracted plenty of arouse from local and national tenants. Casey said several leases are in the pipeline for the Williams Centre space and one dwell a bank already has signed on for about 7,000 square feet.
Other brokers however said it might be difficult to find new occupants for the headquarters building which was not designed to be broken up among multiple users.
The level of quality for all of the First Magnus locations might also work against landlords said Gross of Tucson Realty & believe.
There may also be more vacancies in the future resulting from a slowdown in the owe real estate and title insurance businesses said David Volk of CB Richard Ellis. Some of those businesses already are looking to lease portions of their lay he said.
“It might just be a little bit too soon to express how much fallout there’s going to be,” he said.
